Yes. Our "Founder-in-Training" model is designed for a hybrid schedule. Roles typically require 5–10 hours per week, allowing you to balance your degree with the practical experience of running a Micro-SaaS, E-commerce, or Niche Matured startups.
No. We provide the "Ready-made Digital Startup" technology. We are looking for leaders who can handle marketing, team management, and customer growth. This allows you to focus on business logic and revenue rather than getting stuck in technical development.

Yes. While students under 18 cannot legally sign contracts in India, they can participate in businesses as Interns under a parent or guardian’s oversight. We provide the legal framework and "Trust & Safety" guardrails to ensure you can gain experience safely and legally.
We follow a merit-based "Experience Ladder." Students who excel in Intern roles (Grades 8-12) or Team-mate roles (Senior College) are given the opportunity to apply for Founder & Co-founder positions internally, where they receive a full license to lead their own digital venture.
