A parent's No Objection Certificate.

Many students join STARTIONS with their family's support. A short NOC from a parent or guardian confirms they know what you are joining: the startup, your role, the yearly seat fee, and how earnings work.

When it is needed

Who needs a Parent NOC?

  • Amoox and Jyoox store applicants upload a parent's permission (this NOC) or their own undertaking with the application.
  • Students whose parents pay or help pay the seat fee, so the family has agreed to it in writing.
  • Any student STARTIONS asks for one during onboarding, for example when a student still depends on family support.
What it confirms

What the parent agrees to

  • The student is joining a STARTIONS startup in a named role and will spend time on it alongside their studies.
  • The seat fee is paid yearly to STARTIONS LLP (plus GST) and renews each year unless the student stops.
  • Earnings are not guaranteed: they depend on the startup's results and are paid once after the financial year, with TDS deducted.
  • STARTIONS may contact the parent about the student's participation.
How to submit

Three steps

  • Print the template (or copy it onto plain paper).
  • The parent or guardian fills it in by hand, signs it and attaches a copy of their photo ID.
  • Upload it where your application asks for it, or email a clear scan to hub@startions.com.
